Are any of your cupcakes suitable for vegetarians?

All our cupcakes and cakes are suitable for vegetarians.

Are your cupcakes suitable for people with nut allergies?

All of our cupcakes are baked in the same bakery so it’s possible that they may contain traces of nuts.

If you would like your cupcakes containing nuts packed separately please specify when placing your order.

Do you sell any vegan cupcakes or cakes?

Not yet, but it’s on the cards – keep an eye out for updates on our social media pages.

Do you sell any gluten free cupcakes or cakes?

I’d like to know more about delivery and collection

 How much notice do I need to give to place an order?

In general, we require at least 7 days notice for cupcakes,  10 days notice for cakes and  cakesicles and 6 weeks for weddings/bigger events.*

If you need a cake at short notice, contact us through the query form, you may just be in luck!

*Subject to availability.

Do you offer a delivery service?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a delivery service, all collections are from Streatham, South West London.

What’s the minimum order?

For cupcakes, there is a minimum order of 6 cupcakes.

For minis, there is a minimum order of 12 minis.

For cakesicles, there is a minimum order of 12 cake pops.

When do I pay for my order?

Payment should be made at collection and your order may require a deposit to confirm your order.

I need to cancel my order – what should I do?

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with Whisk Cakes as soon as possible at whiskcakesuk@gmail.com – you may be required to pay a cancellation fee and/or your deposit may not be refunded.

How do I store my cake after collection?

When collecting your cake, it must be kept on a flat surface/held upright at all times. Whisk Cakes do not take responsibility for the condition of the cake(s) once it has been collected.

We recommend keeping your cake in a cool dry place.* Once you’ve cut the cake, keep it in an airtight container to keep it fresh!

*If your cake contains fresh cream, it must be kept in the fridge.

What do I do if I’m unhappy with my order?

Our aim has always been to provide our customers with a fantastic product, and great service, but from time to time, things don’t always go as planned.
